All prices listed on our site are in Australian Dollars and are including the 10% Goods & Service tax.

The rates listed are the standard rack rate of the operator: it's no cheaper for you to book
directly with the operator than it is booking with us - we don't add any margins on.

Making a Booking
All enquires/bookings will be responded to automatically  to acknowledge that we have received your request. Each request will then be replied to with in 24 hours.

Once we have confirmed availability with the B&B, we will send you another email confirming you
requested dates are available, advising you of the total accommodation cost and the
amount of deposit required to secure your booking. To confirm your booking and pay your
deposit, just use the link in the email which takes you directly to your booking, where you can
input your payment details. It is important that you pay your deposit within 48 hours,
as your booking will lapse if we are unable to confirm with the B&B within this timeframe.

When we have processed your payment, your booking is confirmed and you will receive an
immediate email notification, providing details of your stay and contact details for your hosts.
Where directions have been provided by the B&B owner, this information will also be included with your confirmation.

Booking conditions
When you send your booking request, we will confirm the availability with your hosts and advise you immediately. At this time, you will be asked to confirm your booking.

Once you are satisfied with the booking, a percentage deposit of the total accommodation cost can be paid via Credit Card, we will also take payment by Cheque or direct bank deposit, but your booking cannot be confirmed until the deposit is received by us and is cleared by the banks.

The percentage deposit is non refundable in the event of any cancellation or postponement.

No deposit will be debited against your credit card until:
1. we have confirmed availability with your host for the dates you have selected
2. you have confirmed your request to proceed with the booking and provided deposit payment details

Some B&Bs have specific deposit and cancellation requirements that differ from Bed-and-Breakfast-Australia's policy and may levy their own cancellation fees, which can be up to 100%. These details are clearly displayed on the B&B details page when you select your destination and you should read this information carefully. The amount of the deposit required is also clearly outlined when you submit your payment details.

Tariffs
All tariffs shown on this website are GST inclusive. Please note that tariffs are indicative,
as provided by the B&B owners, and will be confirmed along with arability when you make
an enquiry. While every endeavour is made to keep information up to date, tariffs will vary
according to whether a booking is made midweek, weekend, peak, off peak, school/public
holidays or where a B&B has a special rate for any particular reason.
